How to Use

1. Place the pad flat over your shoulders, neck, and upper back.
2. Secure the tie belt around your waist.
3. Plug into a mains socket and connect the controller.
4. Select your desired heat level.
5. Enjoy soothing warmth for up to 20 minutes, then switch off and unplug.
6. Allow to cool before folding or storing.
